About Lynda

Lynda is one of Salt Lake City’s top-producing real estate agents. She has worked for Coldwell Banker (one of the largest and oldest real estate firms in the world) her entire career, nearly 18 years. In that time she’s been involved in over 1000 transactions. She is an energetic and insightful agent who not only works at the top of her profession in sales, but is actually better known for her conscientious customer service. Lynda currently serves as a Director for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. She resides with her partner and two daughters in the Salt Lake area.

Lynda’s Philosophy

She has drawers full of awards but what’s most important to her is taking care of those who have entrusted her with their real estate business: getting the highest possible price for sellers, finding the right property at the right price for buyers and effectively communicating the intricacies of real estate contracts and timelines.
